Tax effective giving means you can make your donation go even further!

If you have contributed €250 or more to Cork ARC in a tax year you can make your personal donation go further at no cost to you, simply by filling out and returning a ‘Enduring Certificate’ Tax Relief form to us.

Download and complete the respective form (CHY3 or CHY4). When you return the form to Cork ARC, we will then submit the completed form to the tax office so your donation will benefit Cork ARC by an additional 31%.

 

CHY3 Form is valid for five years – Enduring Certificate

CHY4 Form is valid for one year – Annual Certificate
