Any event involving collections from the public require An Garda Síochána permit, please contact the relevant Garda Station For collection of monies in public places, sealed buckets should be used.


Please note that Cork ARC Cancer Support House must be identified as the beneficiary of the event, not the organiser. Please use the following text: 'Event Name in aid of Cork ARC Cancer Support House.' To comply with fundraising best practice, it is required that at least two people are involved with the counting and remitting of donations. Please provide the name and address of nominated individuals:

eg: by cash, cheque, EFT Direct Transfer or Online Fundraising page.

Please do not use the Cork ARC Cancer Support House logo without permission. We will supply you with our logo and guidelines for use.


Please let us know what quantity of the below materials you require. Please note that we will do our best to provide you with all the items you request, however some items are subject to availability.


Determination for representation will be based upon staff availability and date of event. As per our Fundraising Guidelines, please note that a Cork ARC representative may not be available to attend your event. Cork ARC need plenty of notice for representative requests
