In 2019 Cork ARC departed Cliffdale – the original Cork ARC Cancer Support House, founded in 2003 – and transferred operations to the newly-renovated Sarsfield House. Sarsfield House is a substantial, detached two-storey building, which will be the benchmark centre of excellence for the provision of non-clinical cancer support in Ireland.
To build our vision for Sarsfield House we need €1.6m. And most of this is going to come from people just like you.
Every cent we receive is one step closer to our vision of Sarsfield House and the future of Cork ARC.

At Cork ARC Cancer Support House we run a number of fundraising events throughout the year including Flag Days, Fun Runs and Bag Packing in stores around Cork.
To maximise the fundraising and promotional opportunities of our events, we rely on the generosity of volunteers. We would love to hear from you, your friends, schools, community organisations or companies who can spare an hour, a half-day or full-day to help us – and have a little fun along the way!
Volunteers are fundamental to the success of our story and the generosity and commitment of our wonderful team of volunteers is inspirational. Our volunteer team in ARC House began as a group of twelve, who immediately began meeting, listening and supporting people with cancer and their families. Today, with over 70 volunteers delivering services with the same commitment and enthusiasm, it is obvious from those that visit that this support is essential. The atmosphere of the house is created by this generosity of spirit and remains the thing that visitors mention time and time again.
