Coping with Grief at Christmas
Living with loss is difficult all year round, but Christmas time can feel particularly challenging when you have lost a loved one, and many bereaved people dread the holiday period and wonder how they might cope with it.
This short workshop will discuss coping skills for managing Christmas. Many of the common issues people who are grieving can experience at Christmas will be explored and possible strategies /skills for caring for yourself and your grief will be offered.
The format for the night will be: a 30 minute presentation on Coping with Grief at Christmas, followed by discussion / questions and answers.
This is an interactive workshop and participants will be asked to turn their camera on during the workshop. Maximum 15 participants.
