World Cancer Day, organized by the Union for International Cancer Control (UICC), is celebrated each year on 4 February and is an opportunity to rally the international community to end the injustice of preventable suffering from cancer.

Whoever you are, and wherever you are, you have the power to reduce the impact of cancer for yourself, the people you love, and the world.

At Cork ARC Cancer Support House, we work to reduce the burden of cancer through education, information and support.

We are making a difference by offering cancer supports free of charge, to communities in Cork city and county, and we see the impact of our work on a daily basis.

To get involved in this global day and support Cork ARC, please share our World Cancer Day call to action, ‘I am, I will’ with your networks. Download our posters with our statement of support for the people of Cork, for both our Cork city and Bantry cancer support houses.
